overview & my role
I built a cross-platform mobile app for ASH Parcel delivery operations, covering barcode scanning, driver routes, and live package tracking for customers.
Built with Flutter and Dart on top of REST APIs, with dedicated flows for couriers and customers: camera-based barcode scanning, route map navigation, and push notifications for delivery updates. The mobile app works alongside a Next.js web surface for the same product.
I owned the release process, building and publishing the app to both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
