overview & my role
I built a full-stack platform for a growing car dealership, replacing manual spreadsheet tracking for 60+ vehicles with one system where customers browse inventory and staff run daily sales.
Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and Redis. Customers get fast vehicle search, multi-parameter filters, and responsive image galleries. The dealership team gets an admin panel for inventory and sales management, lead tracking, conversion tracking, and traffic analytics.
I optimized Core Web Vitals, server-side rendering, and search visibility, which drove a 10x increase in organic traffic. I also owned production deployment: Docker containers behind Traefik, S3 for media storage, and automated CI/CD.
